On tour with P Diddy, Snoop Dogg has been refused entry to Britain.
The ban on entering the United Kingdom stems from an incident last year at Heathrow Airport where he and his entourage were involved in a brawl with security. Snoop is also facing drug and firearm charges in the US. Both incidents have convinced Britain's Home Office to refuse him entry to the country.Desperate to continue his tour with P Diddy, Snoop's management have been exploring all avenues to get him through customs, including appealing to Tony Blair. In a statement, his spokesperson said, "Snoop still sincerely hopes that the British Government will reconsider their decision and UK shows will be allowed to go on as planned. Many routes are being explored to the Prime Minister to have the decision."
A tour spokesperson told the Daily Mirror, "P Diddy and Snoop cannot believe it. They've been all over Europe playing to over 100,000 fans without incident." Apparently his drug arrest in Sweden slipped their mind. The spokesperson even claimed that if the UK dates go ahead Snoop will "make donation to an anti-violence charity."
