Nick Bertke, better known as Australian producer Pogo, has been arrested while on tour in the USA with a correct visa back in September 2011.
Pogo, is an electronic music artist from Perth, Western Australia. Known for his montage-style recordings where he uses a film or a specific scene creating a new piece of music has produced a video to explain what has happened in, you’ve guessed it, a pastiche of film and television bits and pieces.
