After a 15 years absence, Benny Madones is to return to the spotlight.
One hit wonder Mardones, best known for the 1980 No. 11 Billboard hit 'Into The Night', is due to appear later this evening (June 20) at the Key Club in West Hollywood.'Into The Night' featured on the 'Never Run, Never Hide' album, and but while the hits failed to follow, successful live performances happened for Benny over the next few years including performing at the legendary Longbranch Park show in Syracruse before 12,000 people in 1983.
Following the fame of his global hit, Mardones battled drug and alcohol addiction.
He has now signed with Warrior Records and recently recorded the album 'Let's Hear It For Love'.
At tonight's show, Benny will sing 'Into The Night' as well as his new single 'The Train Don't Stop Here Anymore'.
