After much speculation and a 2012 rife with hurdles to jump including the exit of drummer Bill Ward and Tony Iommi's battle with cancer Black Sabbath have announced the title and release month for their brand new album.
The announcement that the album would be titled "13" and released in June 2013 came on Saturday. It will be the first Black Sabbath album with Ozzy on vox since 1978's "Never Say Die!"
Black Sabbath are living proof you can't keep a great band down. Despite the hurdles encountered in 2012 they have managed to write and record a new album, play three massive shows including a headlining slot at Lollapalooza. Black Sabbath will perform in Australia, New Zealand and Japan prior to the new album's release.
