THE FALLS FESTIVAL HELPS OUT TASSIE BUSHFIRE VICTIMS

Over the past few days Tasmania has been devastated by fires raging across the state which continue to be managed by local authorities.

The good people behind the Falls Festival were evacuated from their farm at Marion Bay and fortunately it has now been declared a safe zone. As such it has become a temporary refuge for displaced locals, staff members and friends who have not been so fortunate; returning to lost houses, schools, businesses, livestock and precious personal belongings.

The Falls are calling on all of their friends; those who love Falls and those who love Tasmania to help out by donating to the Red Cross via this link. They have kicked things off with a$10,000 donation and hope that you can assist them by helping to relieve some of the pressures faced by those affected.

The Falls team will continue to work with the local councils to support communities in all of our various capacities and they will be holding further fundraising efforts in the weeks to come, so keep an eye on The Falls Website.
