"Keep Calm, Carry the Monkey " is Skipping Girl Vinegar's first album to be released in the U.S.A and it's happening digitally today 22nd October.
Keep Calm, Carry The Monkey was written across two continents, recorded on the Victorian coast and mixed in Nashville by engineeer Brad Jones (Josh Rouse) and produced by Melbournes Nick Huggins [Kid Sam, Whitley], Caleb James [Yves Klein Blue], Greg Arnold [Stonefield] and SGV's Mark Lang.
Loaded with textural sounds, melodies, lyrical turns and charmed song structure the album proudly closes with a very special guest performance from legendary singer/songwriter Ron Sexsmith.
Following their critically lauded showcases at CMJ in New York the band will play a final showcase on October 24th in Nashville TN at Nashville Showcase at The Basement with Matt Shultz (Cage the Elephant).
