After years of fan emails and letters, ATP will return in February 2013 for a very special I'll Be Your Mirror event in Melbourne.

Each All Tomorrow's Parties event invites an artist or band to handpick their favourite performers to play at the festival. In 2009 ATP presented its inaugural Australian series of events headlined & curated by Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds at Mt Buller Victoria, Cockatoo Island Sydney and Riverstage Brisbane to widespread critical acclaim.

Now it's The Drones turn to curate on what has been billed as " I'll be Your Mirror". The band have released a number of albums on the ATP Recordings label, ATP consider them to be one of the country's greatest ever bands and very worthy ATP curators.

Winners of Rolling Stone Magazine's Best Live Act in 2010, The Drones last studio release Havilah (2010) won two AIR Awards for Best Independent Album and Independent Artist Of The Year, received multiple
ARIA nominations, and had the honour of winning Triple J Magazines peer voted poll for Greatest Australian Songs Of All Time, where fellow songwriters voted Shark Fin Blues in at #1.

Godspeed You! Black Emperor (Canada) - one of the most influential post-rock groups of all time reformed for ATP in December 2010 after a 7 year hiatus - this will be their first ever Australasian visit.

Beasts Of Bourbon. Hoorah ! Spencer P Jones let this one slip recently. Get ready for the original legendary lineup featuring Tex Perkins, Kim Salmon, Boris Sudjovic, Spencer P Jones and James Baker. Wahooooooooooooooo-eeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!!!

New York post-punk heroes Swans (USA) return to Australia for ATP with a brand new double album The Seer (August 2012) in hand.

This is your chance to see one of the greatest live groups of the past 30 years, with a rare Australian show from one of Europe's most incomparable avant-garde groups Einstuerzende Neubauten's (Germany).

The Dead C (New Zealand) have continually made some of the most crushing, expansive and intelligent rock noise ever to be heard. Just a glance at their peers who are fans (Yo La Tengo, Sonic Youth, Comets On Fire, Black Dice) shows the league in which they play.

Melbourne-via-London's HTRK (Australia), people say they sounds like Suicide and Swans, but more beautiful.

Lost Animal (Australia) scored Beat Magazines Album of 2011 and Mess & Noise Top 10 albums of 2011 with the debut LP Ex Tropical.

Thee Oh Sees (USA) is the latest incarnation of songwriter, singer, and guitarist John Dwyer's ever-evolving pop-folk psychedelic group.

Sleepy Sun (USA) will perform their San Fran Ciscan psychedelic rock for your aural pleasures.

Harmony (Australia) are a mongrel concoction of gallows blues and balladry, but offset by a glorious three part gospel vocal ensemble, that lifts the songs out of the dark and into thrilling, yet haunting territory.

Standish/Carlyon (Australia/UK) Conjure pop music from the soundtrack to the movie that you wish
existed, with dubbed, reverberated bass lines, ghostly falsetto, hallucinatory guitar and minimal electronics.

Cam Butler & The Shadows Of Love (Australia), is a lover of the sound of strings, he has composed epic music for string quartets, string orchestras, singers and bands.
