Coldplay will release their 4th studio album this year and singer Chris Martin says "they have the song".
At a press conference in Mexico City yesterday, Martin said "we have to have one song that we feel like everybody had to hear before we die... we have that one song".While he didn't name the song, he did say it was "basically genius".
Coldplay have been recording their new album with Brian Eno at the production helm. Eno recorded U2's classic 'The Joshua Tree'.
Coldplay performed in Mexico City last night and were joined on stage by Jay-Z.
