Mumford & Sons will return to delight Australian audiences this October, playing 10 shows across the nation including regional areas.
The shows will kick off in Perth on October 13, and continue in not so logical order to Adelaide, Brisbane, Sydney, Hobart, Melbourne, Canberra, Cairns and Townsville before their final show on the Gold Coast on October 31.
Joining Mumford & Sons for seven shows in Perth, Adelaide, Brisbane, Sydney, Hobart, Melbourne, Canberra, will be Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros. Sounding just like a festival feels, and with 12 members on stage - they could be a festival in their own right. The group is renowned for their joyful on stage show, and continue to draw inspiration from the communal musical communities that were scattered around Southern California during the '60s and early '70s. With a new album 'Here', expect to be up and at em' as Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros bring their joyous show back to our shores.
Also riding with Mumford & Sons this October (all ten shows) will be American singer-songwriter Willy Mason who returns to Australia to premiere songs from his third and as yet untitled album (his first in 5 years), which includes the first taster 'Restless Fugitive'.
