Kylie Minogue and Gurrumul the blind Indigenous singer from Elcho Island in the Northern Territory will represent Australia in the Queens Jubliee concert that will be aired on Channel 9 on Tuesday night 5th June.
Kylie will be performing a medley and Gurrumul will perform "Sing" alongside a host of performers. Gurrumul is the only male singer on "Sing", written by Gary Barlow and Andrew Lloyd Webber for the Queen's Diamond Jubilee. Gurrumul sings a chorus called "Guywuyarra Miyamarrana" that he wrote for the song in his language (Yolngu) which means "sing loud, sing clear, sing strong". The song is currently number 1 in the U.K
