Turbonegro are just one of a bunch of awesome bands that have been recently announced for the U.K's Download Festival in Donnington Park June 8-10.
Celebrating ten years of rock, Download have announced 12 more bands that will accompany headliners The Prodigy, Metallica and Black Sabbath. For the first time ever Europe will grace the stage along with one of, if not the greatest rock and roll band on earth "Turbonegro". If you want to see Turbonegro sans Hank Von Helvete now is the time to get a ticket. Hank left Turbonegro in 2010 "to pursue a career in acting, the Church of Scientology and goth rock" .
Other acts announced are HALESTORM, FIREWIND, THEORY OF A DEADMAN , STELLAR REVIVAL, long standing Brit punk band ANTI-NOWHERE LEAGUE, TURBOWOLF, MALLORY KNOX, THE SAFETY FIRE, EMMURE and BROKEN.
