Just think, if Adele had not won six Grammys last Sunday, Van Halen might be sitting in the number one spot for their album " A Different Kind of Truth".
Adele did win 6 Grammys and as a result her album " 21" doubled in sales in the past week. Had it not, the 187,000 copies Van Halen sold would have debuted their album at Number 1. Stiff competiton is coming from every direction as sales of Whitney Houston albums soared after her death last Saturday on the eve of the Grammys. Might be a bit of a waiting game for Van Halen, but they'll get there in the end if the comments on their Facebook page are anything to judge by.
