Ho Hum. Is anyone else bored with hearing about Gotye incessantly? Yes he is talented, yes he has had 44 million views on Youtube, yes he is a great songwriter, yes he is Belgiun-Australian. We are all very proud I'm sure. Hopefully all the media saturation does not work against him.
After representing Wally De Backer's works with "The Basics" for a number of years, Alberts is proud and privileged to expand its representation of Wally's Gotye catalogue for Australia and New Zealand. This is apparently " breaking news" Why?
The media push for Gotye is starting to become a tad irritating, and we all know what happens when the public is irritated......they turn. I hope the saturation and constant media monitoring of Gotyes number of views on Youtube etc, does not create a horde of " haters". It won't be Wally's fault.
