Ozzy Osbourne To Judge Independent Music Awards

Ozzy Osbourne has been announced as one of the judges for the sixth annual Independent Music Awards, which will be announced in November.

Osbourne will be joined by a team of judges including guitarist Buddy Guy, pop's Cyndi Lauper, DJ's Fatboy Slim and Paul Oakenfold and music journalist Melinda Newman.

The Independent Music Awards differ in that there is no cash prize. The "winner" will receive a yearlong marketing campaign, promotion and distribution.

Entries must be submitted by midnight August 25, 2006. Forms are available at www.independentmusicawards.com
