Spears visited the Tattoo Parlor for what the owner described as a "dainty new tattoo".
Once fans realized who was inside, Police were called to control the crowd.
Britney Spears split with her husband Kevin Federline last November. Since then, she has gone on what the paparazzi goldmine. In recent months she has been photographed pantyless with Paris Hilton, passed out in Vegas and now the newly unveiled shaved head.
