Tim Powles, drummer for The Church, is the producer for the upcoming album for Sydney’s Jessamine.
The Jessamine self-titled album started out as a solo record for Jessamine but her name evolved into a fully-fledged band when she recruited Ben Sherwood, Damien Foxton and Nerida Wu for the project.
Jess was formerly the guitarist for Nitocris.
The self –titled album will be released on September 2 on Brian Rish’s RiSH Records label.
The album launch will be September 1 at the Sandringham Hotel in Sydney.
