Fans have captured Björk performing four new tracks from her forthcoming album Biophilia.
Björk has begun her stint at the Manchester International Festival and, of course, fans have captured some of the performances on phonecam.
YouTube user Bjorkspain (let’s hope that’s Björk Spain, not Björk’s Pain) posted up four videos from the performance.
They’re for the first single ‘Crystalline’, as well as album tracks ‘Isobel’, ‘Hidden Place’, and ‘Thunderbolt’.
The more information that emerges about Biophilia, the less it seems like an album than a immersive multimedia experience.
Have a look and listen below (and turn down your volume because it’s the usual live recording blare) to ‘Hidden Place’. The other clips are audio-only, or brief snippets.
Biophilia come out on September 26 in varied formats, including a suite of interactive apps.
