Beyonce Leads This Week’s New Releases

Beyonce’s hyped fourth album kicks off a stacked week of new releases.

Of course Beyonce’s 4 will be the big album of this week, with every artist and their dog gushing over how amazing it is.

Weird Al Yankovic is dropping his latest album Alpocalypse, which should do well on the back of his Gaga parody.

The Mark Ronson-produced Arabia Mountain from insane garage rockers Black Lips finally comes out, alongside psych rockers Black Angels with Phosphene Dream.

There’s a full album called Sorry For Party Rocking coming out for LMFAO, who have been owning the singles chart for months with ‘Party Rock Anthem’.

US pop-punks Taking Back Sunday release their fifth, self-titled album.

Dark and brooding Vancouver beatmaker Babe Rainbow delivers a new EP called ‘Endless Path’ and John Digweed offers up his new album Structures 2.

Soul woman Jill Scott releases her latest album Light Of The Sun and alt-country hero Gillian Welch has Harrow and The Harvest.

Southern rockers Black Stone Cherry release Between The Devil And The Deep.

Brazilian metal legends Sepultura release their new album Kairos and there are special editions of Sounds Of A Playground Fading from the almost-equally legendary In Flames.

There are also a stack of Queen re-releases and the soundtrack to Cars 2 which may do well simply because it comes with a free movie pass.
