An inmate in a US prison has confessed to shooting Tupac Shakur aka 2PAC starting the chain of events that led to his murder two years later.
According to allhiphop.com Dexter Isaac has confessed to the shooting in a New York recording studio under instruction from hip hop manager James Rosemond.
Rosemond, who is also in custody, has denied the allegation.
At the time Tupac accused Notorious B.I.G. of organising the robbery and shooting. That led to a gangland warfare between the two rappers than ended with the murder of both rap stars.
The question of who killed Notorious B.I.G. and who killed Tupac Shakur has never been solved.
