Two men have been charged over an attempt to assault and rob singer Joss Stone.
Stone, who found fame with her ‘The Soul Sessions’ album as a 17-year old teenager in 2003, was targeted by Kevin Liverpool and Junior Bradshaw from Manchester, who attempted to break-in to the singers home in the countryside of Cullompton in South-West England.
Neighbours contacted police who saw the two men acting suspiciously in a car outside the isolated property.
Joss Stone will release her new album ‘LP1’ on July 1. She is also part of a new supergroup featuring Mick Jagger, Dave Stewart, A.R. Rahman and Damian Marley.
