New York disco punk act The Rapture announce their fourth album and a new 12-inch single.
The trio, who broke through with shimmying danceable electro new wave tracks like ‘House Of Jealous Lovers’ return after a five year break with their fourth album to be titled In The Grace Of Your Love.
The album will be released through DFA in the US and Europe and on Modular in Australia and New Zealand in the first week of September.
They’ll be releasing the first single, ‘How Deep Is Your Love’ on limited edition 12-inch, available today through select indie stores and through the DFA online store here.
Pitchfork has linked to a video of the seven-minute tune – actually a clip they posted of them stamping and playing the vinyl on a turntable with added disco ball.
