The Big Day Out will turn 20 in 2012.
The first show featured Nirvana, The Violent Femmes, Beasts of Bourbon, Celibate Rifles, Died Pretty, Rat Cat, The Clouds, Yothu Yindi, Club Hoy, Cosmic Psychos, Falling Joys, Sound Unlimited Posse, Box The Jesuits, Hellmen, Henry Rollins, The Village Idiots, You Am I, Smudge, The Meanies, Welcome Mat and The Hard Ons.
When you look over the past two decades you can add Metallica, Neil Young, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Rage Against The Machine, The Stooges, Wilco, Janes Addiction and Nick Cave.
That also means that there must be a lot of collectibles out there.
