Singer Sean Kingston is been marked stable after being injured in a Jet Ski accident in Miami on the weekend.
Kingston’s publicist announced today that Sean has been taken from the trauma unit of Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami and moved to ICU.
The crash occurred at around 6pm Sunday when Sean slammed into a bridge with his jet ski. An unnamed female was also injured in the crash.
A man out boating who then rescued the singer and nursed him for 15 minutes before help arrived witnessed the crash. Kingston was throwing up blood when emergency services arrived.
His celebrity friends have been sending tweets wishing him a fast recovery. “Got my friend @seankingston in my prayers tonight,” Justin Bieber wrote. “Sean we are praying for u baby,” wrote Rihanna.
Sean Kingston has a global hit in 2007 with ‘Beautiful Girls’.
