Aussie hip-hop juggernaut Bliss N Eso offer an app where fans can shoot the action during their massive tour.
Just this morning the boys were teasing about “something very exciting” on twitter for their next tour and here it is.
In collaboration with developer Smudge, the iPhone app will allow fans to shoot 30-second clips of the shows which are automatically uploaded to a server.
After the tour, the band will use the footage for a forthcoming live DVD.
The boys are also encouraging fans to shoot footage during the show which encapsulates their Bliss N Eso experience.
Bliss said in a press release, “It’s amazing how far technology has come in recent years. We have always wanted to put our fans in the driver’s seat and now anyone with an iPhone can help document the tour from their perspective. We can’t wait to see what footage we get!”
Their forthcoming block of shows is the biggest Australian tour a local hip-hop outfit has ever done, so the boys can expect terabytes of video.
The Bliss N Eso app is available from the iTunes App Store now. Just search their name.
