Brandy is being sued to the tune of $50million by the family of a female motorist who was killed when the singer's vehicle collided with her's on a Los Angeles freeway.
38-year-old mother of one Awatef Aboudihaj lost her life after Brandy's vehicle allegedly sent her's careering into the path of two other vehicles. Aboudihaj's parents filed on Tuesday a $50 million wrongful death lawsuit in the Los Angeles Supreme Court. The family cite "reckless driving" as their accusation.This follows an earlier recommendation by police that Brandy be charged with a misdemeanour manslaughter offence over the incident. If she is charged and found guilty, she faces a $1000 fine and up to one year in jail.
