Adele shoots into the UK Young Music Millionaires list alongside Taio Cruz and Florence Welch.
The Sunday Times Rich List has been compiled for this year, with some interesting new entries in the Top 20 Young Music Millionaires for artists under 30.
Katherine Jenkins remains at the top of the list, while equal highest from last year Leona Lewis and Charlotte Church slipped down to equal second and equal sixth respectively.
Adele entered at equal ninth, with a reported fortune of £6m alongside Lily Allen, Natasha Bedingfield, Duffy, Amy Winehouse and Nadine Coyle.
It’s a very female-heavy list of youngsters, but the next new entry is Taio Cruz at equal fourteeth with £5m, as did Florence Welch of Florence and The Machine.
The Top 50 overall millionaires was pretty predictable. Clive Calder, former owner of Jive and Zomba Records, remained at number one with £1.3 billion.
A distant second was Lord Andrew Lloyd-Webber with £680m, then Sir Cameron Mackintosh, producer of Mary Poppins.
The Beatles are well represented: Paul McCartney at number four, Olivia and Dhani Harrison at eleven and Ringo Starr at equal thirteeth.
Also, the Stones, with Mick Jagger eighth richest and Keith Richards tenth.
The one high up on the list that some might not know is Jamie Pulumbo at equal thirteenth with Ringo Starr – he’s the founder of Ministry Of Sound.
