Death Cab For Cutie Create One Take Video

Death Cab For Cutie have become the first band ever to create a single take video and broadcast it live as it happened.

The video for ‘You Are The Tourist’ is the first single from the band’s ‘Codes and Keys’ album, the first Death Cab For Cutie album in three years.

The video was directed by filmmaker Tim Nackashi (TV On The Radio Radiohead, OK Go, Elvis Costello) and conceptualized by Aaron Stewart-Ahn.

It is the first ever live, scripted, single take music video to be broadcast live.

‘Codes and Keys’ will be released on May 31.
