Melbourne electro act Cut Copy have US critics raving following their Coachella set.
It’s fair to say the Cut Copy have cemented themselves as an international force with enormous raves and sell-out shows in the US.
They played three sell-out shows at New York’s Terminal 5 to over 9,000 people, and blew everyone away during their set at Coachella.
Their label Modular was kind enough to draw attention to the fawning reviews following their packed tent performance.
Pitchfork called it “a king-making performance”, Spinner noted that hits elicited “deafening crowd participation” and the LA Times cheered their “their expertly crescendoing arrangements and tongue-in-cheek humor”.
They’ve been selling out shows all across the US and they return to Australia for a quick jaunt in May before heading back over Stateside.
They’ll also be on the Groovin’ The Moo Festival, on Splendour In The Grass, and have signed on for UK Bestival in September.
