Bob Dylan performed in Fremantle, Western Australia last night on the first show for his current Australian tour.
Like the Asian shows last week, Dylan is opening each show with 1979’s ‘Gonna Change My Way Of Thinking’ and closing with 1974’s ‘Forever Young’.
The show changes each night but for format is kept to some major Dylan classics ‘Tangled Up In Blue’, ‘Don’t Think Twice, It’s Alright’, and ‘Like A Rolling Stone’ and more recent album tracks from Love and Theft and Modern Times.
The most played Dylan song from last night’s setlist was ‘Like A Rolling Stone’. Dylan has performed the song 1824 times during his career. The least played song is the opener ‘Gonna Change My Way of Thinking’ from his 1979 ‘Slow Train Coming’ album.
