The current bid for a lock of Justin Bieber’s hair stands at $12,500 with 38 hours left to bid.
Ellen Degeneres is holding the auction to raise money for her charity The Gentle Barn, an animal rescue organization.
Bieber donated the lock after Ellen tweeted that for her birthday she would “just like a lock of Justin Bieber’s hair”. Bieber responded and the auction was placed on eBay.
70 bids have so far come in for the lock of hair that will be presented in a plexiglass box, signed by Bieber and comes with a letter of authenticity from Ellen.
100% of the proceeds will go to The Gentle Barn.
