Guy Sebastian has announced via his Twitter account he has recorded a song with Lionel Richie to benefit the Australian flood victims.
“Great session yesterday recording duet Lionel,” Guy wrote. “Its going to be a single when we tour down in Oz with proceeds going to the flood victims”.
The song, produced by RedOne, was recorded last week in Los Angeles. RedOne is the Moroccan-Swedish producer who is credited with being responsible for creating the Lady Gaga sound. He has also recently producer new music from Jennifer Lopez and last year produced the Enrique Iglesias and Pitbull hit ‘I Like It’.
“RedOne is producing and has donated his time too. Probably the most sort after producer in the world,” Guy tweeted.
No doubt, the song will be debuted live at the A Day On The Green shows.
Meanwhile, before A Day On The Green, Guy Sebastian will tour the UK with Boyzone.
