James Morrison, who penned the hit soul-pop tune 'You Give Me Something', is asking a similar thing from his record label, after revealing he has yet to receive royalties from his album 'Undiscovered'.
The album has sold over 1.5million copies, however Morrison told a British newspaper he expects to have to wait two years for his royalty payments. He said the only thing he's been able to treat himself to is a coat for winter. "I'm not totally skint but I might as well be ... other than the coat I just bought, I can't afford anything else."
The 21-year-old, who has also complained about still having to fly economy class, has his eyes set on the US market for 2007.
