Kings of Leon will no longer be coming to Australia in March, according to Twitter posts from Nathan and Jared Followill.
Drummer Nathan posted today, “Sorry to all the fans in Australia and South Africa. My bum wing needs more time to heal but we'll be back later this year. Sorry again”.
His brother Jared confirmed the Tweet and added, “Well, I now have March off. Any ideas for fun? I could always fly down to Australia and party anyway. I need some sun”.
Kings Of Leon were due to start their first Australian date on March 8 in Brisbane.
At this stage, promoter Frontier Touring Company has not advised when the dates will be rescheduled. Undercover will let you know when the new dates are announced.
South African dates have also been postponed.
