Rapper, loudmouth and stock market manipulator 50 Cent promises a new album in the next few months.
Fiddy spoke to MTV in the US, and said that he was almost 80% done with his next album, which may well be called Black Magic.
He gloated, “I'm not sure if I'll make a full mixtape [beforehand]. That's what I was doing when I was making collaborations with new artists: I was working with artists that wouldn't exactly be my equal because they don't have a successful track record. But at some point you have to make the decision to just be an artist and work because you enjoy the music and you think it's a good idea, as opposed to it being someone of your caliber.”
Eminem is set to guest on the album and he’s getting production work from Boi-1da, Alex Da Kid, Kanye West co-producer Symbolyc One and Lil Wayne producers The Surf Club.
Black Magic is slated for release in the Northern Hemisphere summer, so mid-year.
