Ke$ha’s former manager is suing the popstar for $14 million and he wants it now because he believes she will be a one-hit wonder.
The ‘Tik-Tok’ hitmaker has copped legal papers from DAS Communications. The court papers state “although she has made an incredible amount of money in a very short period of time, in large part due to DAS’ efforts on her behalf, she could easily lose money if not properly guided”.
Ke$ha signed a management agreement with DAS in 2006 for 20% of her income. DAS represented the singer until 2008 when she left the company for agent Dr. Luke. Dr. Luke was her producer. DAS claims Luke manipulated the singer to break their agreement. Luke is also being sued for interference.
