Rodman Flender’s Conan O’Brien movie ‘Conan O’Brien Can’t Stop’ will premiere at SXSW in Austin in March.
Flender followed Conan O’Brien on tour across America after the TV show host was ousted from his NBC tonight show.
O’Brien went on the ‘Legally Prohibited From Being Funny on Television Tour’. Flender captured the story of the tour from front stage and back.
Flender has produced episodes of ‘Ugly Betty’, ‘The O.C.’, ‘Dawson’s Creek’ and ‘Gilmore Girls’ and the documentary ‘Let Them Eat Rock’.
Other movies screening during the SXSW Film Festival are ‘The Beaver’, directed by Jodie Foster and starring Mel Gibson and ‘Paul’ starring Seth Rogen and Sigourney Weaver.
SXSW Film is on from March 11 to 19.
SXSW Music is on from March 16 to 20.
