Melbourne, Australia's Children Collide have caused quite a stir in their ultra-cool hometown.
The band, reminiscent of The Strokesish kind of sound so huge so recently, have been one of the "it" bands of the Melbourne underground.They consist of Johnny on guitar and "most" vocals, and Heath on bass and vocals. They have a rotating drummer that they simple refer to as Beatlord - the androgynous rhythm master.
They'll be performing at the Aussie BBQ, run by the Australian Music Collective at South by Southwest, as well as their own showcases.
It is a chance for the world to get a glimpse at Melbourne's indie elite.
Children Collide will also be doing showcases in Los Angeles, New York and London.
