A new Green Day live album has appeared on a future releases list.
In August we noted that Green Day hinted that they were going to release another live album.
Now NME notes that a title has appeared on the UK variation of Amazon under the Green Day name, called Awesome As Fuck.
The title has a release date of March 15 next year and is described as a double disc set.
This makes sense, since the platinum punks have tweeted in the past “We've been recording our live shows since the beginning of tour. Possible live album coming” and spoke about it onstage.
Mike Dirnt said in a radio interview in October that a live DVD is likely to be bundled in with the live album.
In a little side note, the band recently said they’ve written 30 songs for their next studio album.
The band also launched American Idiot: The Musical on Broadway in 2010, which was won two Tony Awards: for Best Scenic Design and Best Lighting Design Of A Musical.
