Rapper Lil Wayne has answered a fan who sent him several motivational letters whilst he was in prison.
Ronda Austin sent Wayne bible verses to keep his spirits high and also talked about herself and her own family. When Wayne was released he gave her a call and told her not to worry about the wheelchair her bed-ridden mother needed to leave the house for the first time in two years.
Evelyn Austin received a top-of-the-range Quantum 6000 chair from Core Care Technologies.
“My mum hasn't been out the house in the street in years,” Lil Wayne fan Ronda Austin said. “I just see such a difference in her. She has like, this get-up-and-go about her now. She can get in her chair, she's more mobile and that means so much to us 'cause me and my dad, we're doing a lot of things around the house and making my mom comfortable, but when she's up and about, it's just a good thing to see.”
