The recently released Dio live CD from Donnington in 1983 and 1987 will also be released on vinyl.
‘Dio At Donnington UK: Live 1983 & 1987’ will get its vinyl make-over on February 15, 2011.
The first disc was recorded at the Dio solo group’s first ever UK gig while he was touring his ‘Holy Diver’ album. It includes songs from his Rainbow and Black Sabbath days including ‘Man On The Silver Mountain’ and ‘Heaven and Hell’.
Disc two was recorded in 1987 with Craig Goldy making his debut in the band. Dio’s album of the day was ‘Dream Evil’.
The vinyl edition of ‘Dio At Donnington’ will be a double vinyl package with deluxe gatefold cover and produced on 180 gram vinyl.
