D:Ream, best known for their 1993 hit ‘Things Can Only Get Better’, are back in the studio recording their first album in 15 years.
The album will be called ‘In Memory Of...’ and has 10 tracks confirmed, including ‘All Things To All Men’ which was released in 2009.
Joining the band in the studio is Professor Brian Cox, who is the professor of particle physics at the University of Manchester. Cox has filmed several documentaries for the BBC popularising physics and converting a whole new general of nerds. Cox played keyboards for D:Ream while he was studying for his PhD.
There is no word on a release date other than to say it's due out in 2011. It will be their third album, and first since 1995's 'World'.
