George Michael's lawyer has indicated his client will plead not guilty to driving under the influence of drugs.
Michael arrested after being found slumped over the wheel of his Mercedes on October 1 last year. The car was in the middle of an intersection. He was cautioned by police for carrying cannabis.His defence will argue against the admissibility of a blood-test as evidence. They will produce a doctor and a forensic toxicologist as witnesses. The prosecution will produce 11 witnesses, including police and ambulance officers, a doctor, and civilian witnesses.
The trial date is set for April 23.
