As if Michael Jackson doesn't have enough woes already, he's now being sued by his former wife Debbie Rowe.
Rowe claims that Jackson did not pay her the agreed settlement after their divorce in 1999 and she is now seeking $195,000, as well as $50,000 in living expenses. When the couple split Jackson agreed to pay Rowe $1million per year for three years, then $750,000 per year for six years after that. She also received a house in Beverly Hills and a Ford Explorer.
She is also suing for custody of their two children, Prince Michael Joseph Jackson (9) and Paris Michael Katherine Jackson (8), who she waived all rights to after their divorce.
In 2003 however, after learning of Michael Jackson's molestation charges, she tried to gain custody. She does however see the kids once every 45 days.
Jackson is also defending himself against former associate Marc Shaffel, who is suing him for unpaid loans of over $1million.
