Gorillaz have recorded nine tracks live for an iTunes session.
It features live performances of some of their biggest hits, like ‘Clint Eastwood’ and ‘Feel Good Inc.’, as well as an interview.
The 37-minute interview is purportedly with the cartoon members Murdoc Niccals and 3D.
The full tracklist for the Gorillaz iTunes Session is: ‘Clint Eastwood’, ‘Dirty Harry’, ‘Feel Good Inc.’, ‘Kids With Guns’, ‘Stylo’, ‘Glitter Freeze’, ‘On Melancholy Hill’ and ‘Rhinestone Eyes’.
The EP is only available to download online from iTunes.
There are scores of iTunes sessions EPs but the ongoing success of Angus & Julia Stone’s title in the ARIA charts should bode well for future releases under that banner.
