World-beating Melbourne electro trio Midnight Juggernauts have released an impressive new clip.
The clip is for the third single, ‘Lara Versus The Savage Pack’, from their second album The Crystal Axis.
It’s a mind-boggling amount of effort from directors Lucinda Schreiber and Beatrice Pegard, and a seven-person team, to photograph the scenes frame by frame, then reshoot them.
The clip used over 2000 pieces of paper, stop-motioned into an Op Art-meets-origami burst of inventiveness that reportedly took months to complete.
A week ago Midnight Juggernauts scored the AIR award for Best Dance/Electronic Album.
They’ve just begun a grueling, day-in, day-out tour through Europe, ending in nine UK dates in mid-November.
