ARIA-nominated, top ten post-hardcore kids The Amity Affliction offer new record and a hundred-date world tour.
The Amity Affliction’s second album Youngblood debuted at number six on the charts back in June, and it just got nominated for an ARIA for Best Hard Rock/Heavy Metal Album.
To celebrate, the Queenslanders are releasing a 16-track compilation called Glory Days.
It collects their rare early EPs (2005’s self-titled and 2007’s ‘High Hopes’), demos, two outtakes from the Youngblood sessions and features liner notes from the band.
Glory Day will be released through Boomtown Records on November 26.
The compilation will come out just before the band head off for a monster world tour, comprising almost one hundred dates across the US, the UK and Europe.
And when they return in February? Well, they’ll tour as the only Aussie band on the massive Soundwave festival.
