It was a relatively slow week in the Australian album charts, with only three debuts making the top 100.
Two hit the bigtime. Killers singer Brandon Flowers first solo album Flamingo popped in at number five and Slipknot rock side-project Stone Sour's Audio Secrecy popped in at number six. There was only one other debut in the top 100, being Melbourne deathcore act The Red Shore's third album The Avarice Of Man reaching 54 on weighted album sales.
Aussie albums are still holding steady, with Angus & Julia Stone, Bliss N Eso, Washington and Birds Of Tokyo occupying the seventh to tenth slots.
Powderfinger's monster farewell tour has propelled their most recent album Golden Rule back into the charts, rising from 30 to 28 this week and their greatest hits album sneaking back into the top 100, at 100.
Notably, Blue King Brown's Worldwize album had a huge leap this week, from 104 to 44.
