Rap star T.I. has been arrested on six months after being released from prison.
The Atlanta rapper was gearing up for the release of his new album King Uncaged, sure to be a certain platinum number one.But there are fears that he might be re-caged, after getting stopped in his car on Sunset Boulevard in West Hollywood on Wednesday night by police who claimed they smelled marijuana smoke.
The police then searched his car, finding methamphetamines.
He and his new wife, singer Tameka "Tiny" Cottle, were arrested and bailed out early Thursday for $10,000.
They have not been charged yet, and their lawyers are refusing to speculate on how this may effect T.I.'s probation following his ten months in prison on weapons charges.
It's terrible twist of fate for the rapper, who has just got married, finished a new album, recorded a VH1 special, and stars in the current US Box Office hit Takers.
