EMI today announced its most comprehensive reissue of the John Lennon catalogue to mark his 70th birthday.
New titles includes a new versions of 'Double Fantasy' called Double Fantasy Stripped Down', the new compilation 'Power To The People: The Hits', 'Gimme Some Truth' and '11CD The John Lennon Signature Box'.'Double Fantasy Stripped Down' follows the concept of The Beatles 'Let It Be … Naked' and offers the album for the first time in a raw form. It was produced by Jack Douglas, the original producer of the 'Double Fantasy' album.
"The John Lennon Signature Box' features 13 previously unreleased home recordings from Lennon.
