George Michael will appear in a London court on January 11 to faces charges of being unfit to drive.
The 43 year old singer has had a succession of driving incidents over the past year. In October he was found passed out over the wheel of his Mercedes in London. Motorists tried to wake the singer when his car was blocking a road in North London on October 2. He had stopped at traffic lights and fallen asleep.In April, he crashed into a parked car near his Highgate home. A blood test showed that he was clean of alcohol but a drug test proved positive.
The singer was officially charged with being unfit to drive on December 21st
Michael will appear at the Brent Magistrates Court.
